計畫中文摘要	本研究利用葡萄牙牡蠣 (Crassostrea angulata) 以畜養方式建立中觀生態圈 (mesocosm) 之水生生物污染物暴露研究系統，規劃以著名牡蠣養殖區(香山濕地及東石朴子溪河口)以及海生館附近保力溪河口之底泥為試驗底泥材料，模擬養殖牡蠣受底泥PAH污染影響，提供一般水生生態系統之底棲生態風險評估架構與水生生物之暴露潛勢之參數。並比較添加塑膠微粒 (microplastic; MP)，利用塑膠顆粒吸附持久性有機污染物之特性，探討其影響污染物在水生生物之生物累積以及生物有效性而達到整治污染問題之可行性。本研究目的在建立模擬底泥與塑膠微粒物理化學特性之離場中觀生態圈水生生物毒性研究系統，分析PAHs在水體、底泥及牡蠣體內含量變化，探討污染底泥PAH生物累積現象和生態健康風險評估。並評估土壤及地下水污染對人類暴露之參數，以利建置底泥生物毒性檢測技術，並提供分析水污染進入土壤之通量。
計畫英文摘要	ABSTRACT In this study, Portuguese oyster (Crassostrea angulata) was cultured to establish an exposure mesocosm system and used as a bio-indicator to monitor and conducted an aquatic toxicity research. The project involves using sediment from well-known oyster farming areas (Xiangshan Wetland and Dongshi Puzixi Estuary) and sediment near the National Museum of Marine Biological and Aquarium in the Baili Creek Estuary as experimental sediment materials. The goal is to simulate the impact of sediment PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) pollution on oysters, providing a framework for assessing benthic ecological risk in aquatic ecosystems. The study also compares the effects of adding microplastics, utilizing the ability of plastic particles to adsorb persistent organic pollutants, to explore their impact on pollutant bioaccumulation and bioavailability in aquatic organisms and assess the feasibility of pollution remediation. The aim of this study is to establish a mesocosm aquatic toxicity research system that simulates the physicochemical properties of sediment and microplastics. The research will analyze changes in PAH content in water, sediment, and oysters, investigate PAH bioaccumulation in polluted sediments, and assess ecological health risks. Additionally, the study will evaluate parameters related to soil and groundwater pollution and human exposure, aiding the development of sediment toxicity testing technologies and providing insights into water pollution flux into sediment.
