計畫中文摘要	現地環境中殘存之重質非水溶相蓄積源(如三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)，具有雙鍵化學結構，接收雷射激發光源後通常將能量轉為自體旋轉，並無法散發出螢光，因此無法利用雷射激發螢光系統直接偵測得知。近年美國Dakota Technologies公司研發出染料雷射激發螢光探測技術（Dye-Laser Induced Fluorescence, Dye-LIF），選用如同一般搖晃試驗使用的疏水性染料，類似Sudan IV或Oil Red O之染色原理，使現地含氯有機物得以被偵測到。有鑑於國內可運用於現地含氯有機物污染調查之技術甚感缺乏，目前雷射激發螢光系統國內僅有UVOST設備，本計畫導入此設備，第1年於實驗室篩選適合之染料應用於Dye-LIF技術，並以模場試驗測試Dye-LIF技術操作參數，順利完成本土化Dye-LIF技術之開發。第1年模場試驗場址為地下水三氯乙烯污染整治場址，依據104年場址污染調查評估計畫結果，地下水污染物濃度三氯乙烯最高為642 mg/L、順-1,2-二氯乙烯最高為57.6 mg/L及二氯甲烷最高為27.5 mg/L。模場試驗成果已成功展示Dye-LIF技術應用於三氯乙烯洩漏源調查之示範案例，獲致Dye-LIF探測剖面資料與現場土壤染料搖晃試驗結果比對，並進一步以土壤採樣分析VOCs濃度進行驗証。依據MIP探測剖面資料、Dye-LIF探測剖面資料、土壤鑽探連續採樣PID篩測結果、現場土壤染料搖晃試驗結果、土壤VOCs濃度分析數據綜合分析，得以順利推估模場試驗區域範圍TCE污染洩漏情境。
計畫英文摘要	Because of their chemical double bond structures, TCE and PCE usually transfer energy as self-rotation after being excited by Laser induced fluorescence (LIF) light source. It seems impossible to detect the residual DNAPL pools in subsurface by using the LIF system. Dakota Technologies (US company) has developed Dye-Laser Induced Fluorescence (Dye-LIF) method, which employed Sudan IV or Oil Red O dye to make in-situ chlorinated compounds visible. There is no available investigation technology for detecting in-situ chlorinated compounds, such as Dye-LIF method. The Ultra-violet Optical Screening Tool (UVOST) is utilized as laser induced fluorescence system in this study. In the first year, lab work is focused on screening suitable dyes for Dye-LIF technology. The selected dyes were tested for detecting in-situ chlorinated compounds in pilot study, and the development of the localized Dye-LIF technology was eventually accomplished. A TCE-contaminated groundwater remediation site was selected as study site, and its highest concentration is 642 mg/L TCE, 57.6 mg/L cis-1,2-DCE and 27.5 mg/L DCM in groundwater. The application of Dye-LIF technology was successfully demonstrated in the study case. The obtained Dye-LIF vertical profiles were compared with dye shake tests of soil boring samples. The consistence of comparison outcome was further confirmed with VOC concentrations of soil boring samples. The investigation result was compiled with MIP vertical profiles, Dye-LIF vertical profiles, PID screening, dye shake tests and VOC concentrations of soil boring samples. Conclusively, the scenario of TCE leakage within pilot study region was reasonably put back based on the investigation results.
