本計畫結合可見光催化單元及活性碳吸附單元製備商業化SVE尾氣處理模組,其中光催化劑以及活性碳均為再生料,並於實場進行四個月的長效測試。實驗室測試結果顯示該模組於光催化模組使用4片光催化玻璃纖維布於可見光源下,及吸附模組使用5層載體並均置入30g活性碳時,其於測試前1小時內便可維持高於95%之去除效率。另由實廠實驗結果得知,該模組在15~30度的區間皆可保有50%以上之去除率。處理效率隨著溫度上升而提高,在25~30度時可以達到65.07%的去除效率。若環境濕度越高該模組的去除效率則會越低。在濕度60~70%時去除率為62.83%,當濕度達到100%時去除率僅剩下47.1%。經推估該模組之經濟效益,其污染物去除成本約為1.2元/g污染物。
計畫英文摘要
In this project, a commercial SVE exhaust gas treatment module is developed by integrating the photocatalytic unit and activated carbon adsorption unit, in which the photocatalyst and activated carbon are recycled materials, and the long-term test is carried out in the field for four months. The laboratory test results show that the removal efficiency of this module can be maintained above 95% within one hour when the photocatalytic module uses four pieces of photocatalytic fiberglass cloth under the visible light source, and the adsorption module uses five layers of carriers with 30g of activated carbon. In addition, according to the results of the field test, the removal efficiency can be kept above 50% in 15~30℃. The treatment efficiency increases with the temperature, and the efficiency can reach 65.07% at 25~30℃. But the efficiency would decrease with high ambient humidity. When the humidity is 60~70%, the efficiency is calculated as 62.83%, and when the humidity reaches 100%, the removal rate is only 47.1%. After estimating the economic benefits of the module, the pollutant removal cost is about 1.2 NT /g pollutant.
