本研究選擇彰化與桃園不同受污染農地土壤(壤質砂土、紅壤、黃壤),以綠色洗劑γ-PGA (poly-γ-glutamic acid)評估其對不同重金屬在不同性質土壤之去除效率,並評估γ-PGA清洗前後土壤性質、重金屬鍵結型態之變化。本研究主要目的為(1)評估γ-PGA 對土壤中不同重金屬之去除成效;(2)評估不同性質土壤對γ-PGA去除不同重金屬之影響;(3)評估γ-PGA清洗對土壤性質之影響;及(4)評估弱酸性條件對γ-PGA去除重金屬效率之影響。試驗土壤(黑壤、黃壤及紅壤)銅金屬含量已超過土壤污染管制標準的5.11、8.50及4.05倍。因此,後續試驗分析以銅金屬做為目標污染物,利用聚麩胺酸洗劑進行重金屬萃取試驗,探討各金屬之萃取效率。γ-PGA清洗劑對受重金屬污染之土壤(黑壤、紅壤及黃壤)Cu去除率為54.7-59.7 %。田口實驗結果顯示,黑壤於不同操作因子對Cu去除之影響分別為pH >清洗時間>濃度>水土比、黃壤及紅壤以清洗時間>濃度>水土比>pH。PGA重覆使用結果顯示,以同一洗劑清洗5批土壤時,黑壤中銅的去除率從66.4%降低至49.4%;紅壤中銅的去除率從52.8%降低至42.7%;黃壤中銅的去除率從60.7%降低至59.5%,顯示本洗劑具有重複使用之可行性。以NaOH調整pH處理γ-PGA清洗黑壤、黃壤及紅壤之廢水,當pH >10時,溶液中Cu去除率分別為56.4%、64%及31.8%,顯示提升pH對廢水中重金屬之移除具有相當之成效。整體研究成果顯示,γ-PGA對不同質地土壤之清洗皆具適用性。本研究發展一套迅速有效且環境友善之土壤清洗綠色整治技術,未來可提供受污染場址進行整治參考之用。此外,未來處理後廢水若能更進一步提升重金屬移除效率,將可於現地處理並再利用於農田中,達到洗劑完全利用之目標。 關鍵字:重金屬、聚麩胺酸、土壤質地、綠色洗劑、鍵結型態、廢水處理

In this study, black, red, and yellow soils of different contaminated agricultural land from Changhua County and Taoyuan City were treated by green γ-PGA (poly-γ-glutamic acid). The soil properties, heavy metal bonds before and after γ-PGA washing, and changes of microbial patterns were evaluated. The aims of this study were to: (1) evaluate the removal efficiency on different heavy metals in the soil by γ-PGA; (2) evaluate the effects of different soils on the removal of different heavy metals by γ-PGA; (3) evaluate the effect of different heavy metal boding types on the removal efficiency of heavy metals by γ-PGA; and (4) evaluate the effect of weak acidic conditions on the efficiency of heavy metal removal by γ-PGA. The results show that γ-PGA is able to remove Cr, Ni, Cu, and Zn . Cu removal in black, red, and yellow soil by γ-PGA reached 54.7, 58.7, and 59.7%, respectively. The effect of different parameters on heavy metal removal of black soil follow the sequence of pH > washing time > γ-PGA concentration > water/soil ratio. The effect of different parameters on heavy metal removal of red and yellow soil follow the sequence of washing time > γ-PGA concentration > water/soil ratio > pH. When pH is adjusted to above 10, the removal efficiency of Cu in wastewater from black, yellow, and red soil washing reached 56.4, 64, and 31.6%, respectively, indicating that the increase in wastewater pH can remove Cu effectively. The results show that γ-PGA is an effifcient washing reagent for the treatment of contaminated soil with defferent textures. The results of this study can provide valuable information for site remediation in the future.
